UV-Evaporator

Our UV-evaporator combines two characteristics: oxidisable substances are eliminated and the volume is reduced.

This combines up to lots of possibilities:

Good examples are the combination of rinse water and bath recycling in surface technology and the simple realisation of waste water free productions in smaller applications. The advantage is simple to understand: the reaction heat is used for a cheap evaporation and the detoxification leads to a concentrate without problematic substances. At least a concentrated salt solution with a lot of resources remains. This turns the expensive disposal suddenly into and economic process, and thus the application foud its way into plating shops as well into pharmaceutical production.
