Our Quality

Regardless of whether you treat wastewater for elimination of microorganism or organic contamination, disinfection of potable water, or treatment of other process solutions, the equipment must be reliable and user-friendly. For this reason, a.c.k. aqua concept values a high standard for product quality and customer service. Therefore, it starts with selection of proper materials throughout the entire R & D and production process as well as certification for international standards.   

High Quality Materials for Durability

We apply special rules for the material selection process: We utilize only materials and components that meet market standards and, if necessary, according to standards of certified laboratories, i.e. DVGW, VDMA, VDE and UL.  Also, ourselves, we set very high standards: The utilized materials must not only resist the constant contact with water and other highly corrosive chemicals, but also intense UV-light, oxidizing agents and reactive intermediate constituents require a special property of these materials. Only due to a.c.k.’s design and manufacturing capabilities of many such components can we assure such a high quality standard. We are a rare UV-system manufacturer with production of its own UV-lamps for selective products and utilization of Borosilicate glass for the production of UV-reactors in use with industrial applications.

Quality Control

In addition to material quality standards we also demand high quality standards in all departments. Our quality management system is constantly updated with the valid international norms. Process improvements, production and product quality are constantly observed and optimized. A permanent quality control system gives us and the customer the necessary assurance that our products always reliably perform. All products are always 100% factory tested.

Certification Creates Confidence

In order to inspect our quality objectively, we certify our systems per request and according to the highest standards, i.e. American UL-standard or norms such as VDMA or VDE, i.e. EN 60204-1. In general our basic rule is this: If a specific quality requirement is requested and specified by the customer, we definitely will meet these requirements upon such agreement.
